Aufgaben
- Drive innovation and quality in Drug Substance development
- Independently execute processes
- Act as a trusted SME
- Ensure reliable, high-quality outcomes
- Leverage digital and AI tools to enhance laboratory efficiency and compliance
- Execute Drug Substance development and manufacturing activities
- Support troubleshooting, process optimisation, and technology transfer activities
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned unit operations, processes, and equipment
- Provide technical expertise
- Support study planning and execution
- Perform hands-on experimental work
- Ensure accurate execution, documentation, and timely delivery of high-quality results
- Make informed decisions during process execution
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, safety documentation, and other controlled documents
- Utilize AI tools for document management
- Maintain compliant laboratory documentation in electronic systems
- Support the transition toward paperless laboratory processes
- Lead or support laboratory investigations, change controls, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure operational readiness and lifecycle management of laboratory equipment
- Coordinate laboratory operations
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of laboratory and BSL-1 (and potentially BSL-2) areas
- Follow laboratory safety procedures
- Ensure adherence to EHS and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate effectively with scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams
- Communicate experimental results clearly in English
- Participate in continuous learning
- Adopt new technologies and scientific approaches
