- Coordinate shipments of customer samples, equipment, and reagents.
- Communicate with shipping partners.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
- Source lab equipment.
- Purchase lab equipment.
- Coordinate lab equipment installation.
- Schedule lab equipment maintenance.
- Troubleshoot lab equipment.
- Manage lab equipment vendor relationships.
- Ensure lab organization, safety, and efficiency.
- Maintain inventory of lab chemicals, proteins, and biological samples.
- Order office supplies.
- Organize office workstations.
- Coordinate office workspace improvements.
- Receive lab deliveries.
- Perform reagent reconstitution, buffer exchange, and aliquoting.
- Track materials using LabOS.
- Organize internal team events and gatherings.
- Coordinate company offsites.
- Coordinate customer interactions for founders.
- Conduct supplier research for founders.
- Coordinate contracts and insurance for founders.
- Plan new lab and office spaces.
