- Experience supporting SOF, TSOCs, or Joint SOF organizations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capable of implementing LLM solutions
- Competency with Python, SQL, cloud platforms, and API integration
- Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance
Aufgaben
- Support collection, validation, and analysis of knowledge and lessons learned
- Maintain and operate enterprise Knowledge Management systems
- Plan and design Knowledge Management and AAR sites
- Facilitate collaboration to gather requirements and operational processes
- Conduct feasibility studies on command lessons learned projects
- Translate operational/user requirements into industry best practices
- Provide functional user training to improve shared understanding
- Integrate process and Joint doctrine to enable trend visualization
- Develop, test, and implement new or modernized processes and tools
- Manage and support Knowledge Management and Lessons Learned System Tools
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert on platforms like JLLS and KM SharePoint
- Analyze operational needs and recommend methodologies and tools
- Identify, log, and map operational data flows and corrective action systems
- Work with users and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Integrate corrective action plans with adjacent commands for situational awareness
