Aufgaben
- Develop the digital knowledge ecosystem
- Co-own the firmwide AI roadmap
- Ensure platform scalability and security
- Act as Product Owner for knowledge platforms
- Prioritize digital initiatives and business needs
- Identify AI-enabled use cases and feasibility
- Introduce innovative capabilities to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with IT and senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards
- Define and track platform performance KPIs
- Manage external vendors and budget planning
- Lead firmwide digital change initiatives
- Coach Knowledge Infrastructure Specialists and Coordinators
