In this role, you will be the key liaison for quality matters with semiconductor foundries and electronics companies. You will lead quality engineers and collaborate with various departments to ensure that safety and quality standards are met in daily operations.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial engineering, or similar fields
• •7 - 10 years work experience in gases, electronics, or automotive industry
• •Min. 3 years experience in applying quality management systems
• •Industrial and electronic specialty gas experience

Aufgaben

• •Serve as the main contact for semiconductor foundries and electronics companies on quality topics
• •Lead quality engineers in production plants within a matrix structure
• •Collaborate with the SHEQ department to advise on safety, health, environmental, and quality matters
• •Assist in implementing safety and quality processes into daily operations
• •Investigate work-related issues and technical incidents to support the SHE agenda
• •Prepare, organize, and conduct internal and external quality and environmental audits
• •Participate in risk assessments such as HAZOP and FMEAs
• •Negotiate and evaluate quality agreements in the ESG sector with customers and suppliers
• •Support the implementation of QIR applications from LIDAP within the organization
• •Manage customer complaints effectively, including containment and root cause investigation
• •Facilitate cross-functional investigation teams and support the investigation process using quality tools
