Anforderungen
- Experience managing complex commercial relationships, especially with high-growth e-commerce customers
- Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce
- Academic degree or equivalent qualification in business, logistics, or transportation
- Strong affinity for numbers and data analysis, prioritization, and stakeholder presentation
- Proficiency in German and English (C1 or above), excellent storytelling and client relationship building
Aufgaben
- Manage key e-commerce accounts strategically
- Foster accountability for client relationships
- Monitor profit and loss aspects
- Ensure SLA adherence
- Monitor KPI variances
- Evaluate customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate internal reporting
- Identify cross-selling opportunities
- Lead upselling opportunities
- Develop sustainable client relationships
- Build trust-based client relationships
- Achieve high customer satisfaction
