Aufgaben
- Achieve sales and profit targets for your territory
- Position products in specialized centers and outpatient settings
- Conduct sales conversations in clinics, with rheumatologists, and nephrologists
- Manage key accounts and territory based on internal standards
- Initiate key account projects with customers
- Lead account teams, involving internal interfaces like MSLs, Marketing, and Project Managers
- Manage projects, including supporting and networking clinics and quality circles
- Plan, organize, and conduct training events for physicians and healthcare staff
- Act as a speaker or moderator at events
- Utilize various communication channels, including virtual meetings and email
- Continuously develop personal skills
- Embody company values and contribute to company culture
