Aufgaben
- Develop and execute commercial strategy for pharmacy groups
- Manage expanded customer portfolio, including central organizations
- Ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution for sales growth
- Develop customer-specific strategies and annual business plans
- Own baseline, promotional plans, and in-store execution
- Maintain monthly connections with central organizations
- Conduct regular customer business reviews
- Assess performance and identify growth opportunities
- Lead contract negotiations and marketing plan agreements
- Analyze market data, competition, and consumer insights
- Collaborate on volume and value forecasts
- Manage defined pharmacy territory with weekly field visits
- Collect and share insights cross-functionally
- Identify new growth opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with National Sales Force Lead for alignment
- Provide strategic direction to Sales Representatives
