- Strong distributor management and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking, hands-on execution, entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Fluent English, Arabic language skills (plus)
- Willingness to travel regularly within region
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies
- Develop and lead tailored market business plans
- Identify key growth levers and commercial opportunities
- Analyze local market challenges
- Manage and track commercial performance
- Conduct sales forecasting and budgeting
- Report on sales KPIs
- Select and onboard high-performing distribution partners
- Manage high-performing distribution partners and key accounts
- Monitor and analyze market trends
- Analyze consumer behavior and competitor activity
- Monitor and analyze sell-out performance
- Partner with Global and Regional Marketing teams
- Localize brand campaigns, launches, and go-to-market plans
- Provide strategic and operational partner support
- Offer partner training
- Provide trade tools to partners
- Offer merchandising guidance
- Support promotional planning
- Lead regular market visits with partners
- Conduct business reviews with partners
- Represent the brand at industry events
- Represent the brand at trade shows and forums
- Ensure compliance with local legal, ethical, and regulatory standards
