- Achieve lowest landed cost
- Ensure customs compliance
- Collaborate with business partners
- Ensure effective management and timely solutions
- Operationally manage third-party logistics vendors
- Operationally manage customs brokers
- Operationally manage freight forwarders
- Prepare documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
- Manage customs processes
- Track and trace shipments
- Manage claims
- Manage invoice billing
- Execute compliance (HSE, quality, risk management)
- Support tenders
- Manage third-party performance
- Provide high-level service for export intercompany shipments
- Support all functions involved in export shipments
- Handle export of intercompany shipments
- Create SAP billing documents
- Prepare export documents and certificates
- Cooperate with customs agencies
- Cooperate with warehouse teams
- Cooperate with third-party logistics operators for shipment preparation
