- Provide technical assistance to customers
- Provide order-related assistance to customers
- Provide payment-related assistance to customers
- Coordinate with stakeholders for case ownership

- Track deliveries with plants and suppliers
- Ensure accurate invoicing
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Product Management
- Collaborate with other ABB Business Areas
- Collaborate with relevant corporate departments
- Manage dunning processes
- Record incoming payments properly
- Verify documents in SAP or Order Management System
- Allocate documents in SAP or Order Management System
- Ensure error-free transaction processing
- Maintain direct customer contact
- Handle customer inquiries on orders
- Handle customer inquiries on deliveries
- Handle customer inquiries on invoices
