- Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery
- Create tickets with user goals and business value
- Translate user stories into requirements
- Conduct impact, scope, and technical dependency analyses
- Consult IT Leads and engineering team for dependencies
- Collate UX designs, prototypes, images, icons, and translations
- Define acceptance criteria and ‘Definition of Done’
- Conduct user acceptance testing
- Act as customer expert for feature functionality
- Identify opportunities for innovation and automation
