- Apprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field
- First experience in B2B industrial sales, automation technology, or precision equipment
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, OEM environments, or industrial automation systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
- Strategic thinking, hands-on mentality, high self-motivation, strong analytical abilities
- Comfortable working remotely with regular regional travel

- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan
- Build strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, and end users
- Identify new application areas in high-value industries
- Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing
- Introduce new technologies and tailor solutions
- Conduct market analyses for opportunities and trends
- Evaluate competitive activities
- Represent Techcon at trade fairs and events
- Deliver forecasts and business reports
- Provide data-driven recommendations to management
