- Maintain lightweight test plans and regression checklists
- Re-test bug fixes thoroughly to ensure quality
- Investigate complex issues by validating assumptions
- Narrow down reproduction steps for technical issues
- Identify patterns in recurring defects
- Develop preventive measures for software quality
- Design test cases and perform exploratory testing
- Conduct risk-based and basic technical API testing
- Gain exposure to test automation
