- Analyze technical requirements from specialist departments
- Create software and implementation concepts following developer guidelines
- Support departments with module, integration, and acceptance testing
- Troubleshoot production and processing problems during SAP operations
- Implement and test program corrections for ongoing systems
- Create technical documentation for IT and finance departments
- Participate in feasibility studies and cost estimates
- Conduct SAP user training sessions
