- Collaborate with production, engineering, IT, and business stakeholders
- Evaluate emerging technologies and digital tools
- Contribute to pilot initiatives
- Support preparation of business cases for investment decisions
- Leverage AI-supported development approaches for prototyping and validation
- Bring promising concepts into operation
- Take ownership of work packages, initiatives, or pilot projects
- Ensure structured execution, documentation, and communication
- Support change and adoption by communicating project goals, progress, and results
