Aufgaben
- Post and reconcile daily bank and payment transactions
- Monitor incoming and outgoing payments across various methods
- Identify, investigate, and flag payment discrepancies
- Support senior team in resolving payment issues
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of payment processes
- Prepare regular reports on payment metrics
- Serve as first contact for internal payment inquiries
- Support testing and implementing new payment methods
- Support testing and implementing system improvements
