Aufgaben
- Support development and implementation of packaging solutions
- Transform packaging concepts into commercially viable solutions
- Participate in packaging projects from concept through implementation
- Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Support packaging changes, material updates, supplier transitions, and new product launches
- Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Procurement, Production, and Quality teams
- Translate requirements into practical packaging solutions
- Contribute to cross-functional project meetings and decision-making processes
- Organize and support packaging trials and production tests
- Evaluate results, document outcomes, and identify improvements
- Ensure packaging solutions meet quality and operational requirements
- Obtain samples, technical information, and specifications from packaging suppliers
- Evaluate new materials and alternative packaging options
- Maintain packaging specifications and technical information in internal systems
- Support creation and management of packaging documentation and artwork processes
- Contribute to improving efficiency and consistency in packaging development activities
