Anforderungen
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Science, or related field
- Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and contexts
- Initial experience with Data analytics and digitalization projects
- Genuine interest in business operations and connecting HR to company goals
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and outstanding communication skills
- People-oriented with belief in technology enabling people
- Proactive self-starter with ambition for leadership role
- First practical experience through internships in HR or related field
- Excellent command of English
- German at B2-level
