Aufgaben
- •Support the Managing Counsel with legal matters across EU jurisdictions
- •Draft and negotiate diverse contracts and service agreements
- •Conduct legal research on insurance regulatory frameworks
- •Prepare memoranda on Solvency II and BaFin guidance
- •Assist with BaFin filings and corporate secretarial governance
- •Prepare board minutes and circular resolutions
- •Develop and maintain insurance product documentation
- •Analyze regulations affecting product wording and operations
- •Collaborate with underwriting, compliance, and finance teams
- •Update internal guidelines, playbooks, and process checklists
- •Support digitalization and governance enhancement projects
- •Participate in cross-functional international project teams
- •Manage individual workstreams and project timelines independently
- •Identify legal risks and propose actionable solutions
- •Provide structured legal analyses and recommendations
