- Ensure feasibility and successful commercialization across functions and countries
- Brief R&D on formulation development and market research
- Finalize technical specifications
- Manage project timeline and ensure timely implementation
- Coordinate project meetings and clarify actions and next steps
- Analyze volume estimates with market teams
- Identify dependencies and risks
- Develop mitigation plans
- Compile and enter business cases into Stage-Gate tool
- Enter relevant data into SAP
- Generate necessary codes
