Aufgaben
- Coordinate the Outsourcing and ICT Risk lifecycle
- Manage new vendor setups and changes
- Track documentation and perform periodic reviews
- Conduct structured pre-checks for risk assessments
- Collect and monitor required risk documentation
- Maintain audit-ready governance registers and contracts
- Manage SLAs and exit plan documentation
- Coordinate governance input for new products
- Initiate early risk and compliance checks
- Support quarterly governance reviews and follow-ups
- Prepare materials for management and regulatory reporting
- Ensure documentation quality and process transparency
- Organize governance spaces within Confluence
- Track governance tasks and audit items in Jira
- Monitor remediation actions and cross-functional follow-ups
