Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Basic to intermediate Power BI experience (data modelling, DAX, dashboard design)
- Comfortable with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP); SAP experience a strong plus
- Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
- Good understanding of database fundamentals (tables, keys, joins)
- Logical, detail-oriented mindset
- Confident English communication (C1 level)
- German communication (C1 level) advantageous
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Dynamics 365, basic SQL, or reporting experience (logistics, supply chain, sales operations)
Aufgaben
- Extract and consolidate data from CRM, SAP, TMS, WMS, and TES
- Design and build Power BI dashboards and reports
- Maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational teams and senior management
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and variances
- Flag data quality issues proactively
- Monitor data accuracy and completeness across systems
- Support weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting cycles
- Document data logic, report definitions, and underlying assumptions
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Logistics, Finance, and IT teams
- Translate business questions into meaningful data insights
