Anforderungen
- Completed degree in economics, focus on controlling, finance, or accounting
- Approximately 3 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in international or mid-sized company
- Strong knowledge of common controlling tools and business management concepts
- Initial experience in project or service environment is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Basic knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) or strong willingness to learn
- Excellent proficiency in Excel (Power Query). Experience with OneStream is a plus

Aufgaben
- Support Group Controlling with transparency and operational management
- Assist with monthly group-level reporting and controlling
- Perform P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analyses
- Conduct variance analyses and develop recommendations
- Participate in budget planning and forecast preparation
- Prepare financial information to identify optimization potential
- Track optimization measures
- Contribute to developing and standardizing controlling processes
- Contribute to developing and standardizing controlling structures
- Contribute to developing and standardizing controlling systems
- Actively support projects
- Collaborate closely with Accounting
- Collaborate closely with Business Controlling
- Prepare ad hoc analyses
- Participate in special projects
- Support M&A activities with financial analyses
- Support M&A activities with decision-making frameworks
