- Evaluation of costs, benefits, and KPIs

- Ability to work in complex and dynamic environments
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Support decision-making at different stakeholder levels
- Proactive and collaborative working style
- Ability to partner effectively with IT, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders
- Strong affinity for process improvement and automation
- Experience optimizing reporting and controlling processes
- Very good Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to explain financial topics to non-finance stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Partner with IT team for financial insights
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for IT
- Support financial evaluation of IT and digital investments
- Develop and monitor KPIs and cost drivers
- Analyze trends and risks in KPIs and cost drivers
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
- Prepare dashboards and management reports
- Create business cases for strategic decisions
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Procurement teams
