- Structure platform product catalogs and define interfaces
- Establish SRE and DevOps practices for platform operations
- Analyze make-or-buy scenarios and evaluate providers
- Design near/offshore delivery models and define SLAs and OLAs
- Support transitions and governance, including service integration and performance reviews
