- Monitor investment products and processes
- Prepare Compliance Monitoring Program reports
- Collect data for the CMP
- Follow up on CMP findings
- Provide compliance input on new products
- Provide compliance input on upcoming services
- Participate in cross-functional compliance projects
- Support regulatory change implementation
- Review high-risk financial promotions
- Review complex financial promotions
- Help maintain compliance policies
- Help maintain compliance procedures
- Ensure effective policy implementation
