- Degree in economics and business administration

- Very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
- Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills
- Structured work approach and reliability
- Hands-on mentality
- Business fluency in English (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Support buyers in the entire ordering process for external brands
- Constantly monitor all relevant KPIs
- Purchase all products
- Regularly expand the ABOUT YOU brand portfolio
- Define seasonal assortment strategies
- Create seasonal and financial plans
- Manage purchasing budgets
- Analyze and evaluate KPIs
- Maintain good relations and contact with suppliers
- Independently purchase external brands
- Adhere to planned purchasing budgets
- Consider all relevant KPIs
- Develop, optimize, and support the product range
- Strategically prepare for condition negotiations with suppliers
- Participate in condition negotiations with suppliers
- Support purchasing planning
- Independently carry out complex analyses
- Observe the competition and the market
- Regularly and proactively coordinate with Merchandise Management
