Anforderungen
- Completed degree in business administration (marketing/sales focus) or comparable training
- Professional experience in sales and/or trade marketing, ideally in technical consumer goods
- High affinity for technology
- Experience in marketing premium/luxury consumer goods, very good market knowledge (Germany), high interest in trade trends
- High customer focus, strong communication skills, sales skills, flexibility, resilience, personal responsibility
- Professional appearance, good presentation skills, analytical thinking, independent working style
- Residence in the sales region (home office)
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Good IT skills in current MS Office programs
- Very good German and English language skills
Aufgaben
- Serve as central contact for retailers in your region
- Manage budget for sell-out figures
- Communicate and manage retailers in your region
- Expand existing customer contacts
- Plan and implement innovative marketing strategies
- Develop and execute advertising measures and promotions
- Ensure holistic retail marketing at point of sale
- Support POS and shop-in-shops
- Present and introduce products at point of sale
- Train staff employed by trading partners
- Supervise specialist consultants in your region
- Conduct year-end meetings with key partners
- Develop joint business plans with key partners
- Analyze competition and its impact on sales
- Collaborate closely with key account management, internal sales, and marketing
