- Develop and improve manuals and application documentation
- Resolve technical open issues with global team support
- Ensure system acceptance by customers
- Support sales and service activities
- Create publications and presentations
- Conduct customer demonstrations
- Develop new system components, features, and test processes
- Monitor system performance against specifications
- Implement necessary corrections for system performance
- Troubleshoot mechanics, software, and electronics on alpha/beta systems
- Manage complex development tasks within a global team
