- Build trust-based relationships while representing the company's interests
- Manage joint venture governance and reporting obligations
- Prepare board materials, agendas, and decision papers
- Coordinate pre-reads, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Navigate differing stakeholder interests and coordinate escalations
- Align strategic priorities between project teams and partners
- Support budgeting and performance tracking
- Validate financial models and monitor covenants
