- In-depth knowledge of satellite systems
- Knowledge of ground segment facilities for satellite flight operations
- Knowledge applied to LEO Earth Observation satellites
- Experience with SCOS-2000 Mission Control Systems
- Experience with ECSS Packet Utilisation Standards (PUS)
- Organizational skills
- Proactive approach to coordinate complex projects
- Prioritization skills
- Experience working with partner organisations
- Experience working with industrial providers
- Experience in Earth Observation satellites
- Proven experience leading multi-cultural engineering teams
- Experience leading contracted engineering support
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
- Ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely
- National of EUMETSAT Member States
Aufgaben
- Manage Sentinel-6 spacecraft operations team
- Supervise Sentinel-6 spacecraft operations
- Maintain spacecraft operations procedures and databases
- Liaise with Jason-CS/Sentinel-6 partners
- Monitor Sentinel-6 spacecraft health and performance
- Support routine spacecraft operations processes
- Participate in system-level operations preparation
- Support mission feasibility studies
- Organize training for operations team personnel
- Support Flight Operations Division management
