Anforderungen
- •Informatiker/in EFZ or equivalent qualification
- •2+ years ICT Support or Workplace Engineering experience
- •Expertise in Windows 11, M365, and Teams
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Entra ID
- •Interest in Microsoft Copilot and AI troubleshooting
- •High emotional intelligence and service-first mindset
- •Ability to explain complex tech simply
- •Professional English and advantageous German skills

Aufgaben
- •Serve as the onsite Microsoft 365 expert
- •Focus on collaborative platforms and AI tools
- •Coach colleagues on M365 and AI automation
- •Resolve complex, high-touch technical incidents
- •Manage the full hardware lifecycle via Intune
- •Monitor device health and security compliance
- •Proactively replace aging hardware
- •Coordinate with vendors for high-tier repairs
- •Manage Entra ID onboarding and offboarding workflows
- •Maintain least-privilege access standards
- •Partner on security and governance audits
- •Maintain an AI-searchable knowledge base
- •Document standard operating procedures for local infrastructure
