Anforderungen

- Experience in IT Service, Support, Infrastructure, or Lead roles
- Understanding of IT service operations, processes, and tools
- Experience with ITSM frameworks and ticketing systems
- Technical knowledge of Windows desktop and laptop environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and productivity tools
- Network troubleshooting skills including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN
- Knowledge of telephony and mobile device management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Service-oriented mindset and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Lead the European IT Service and Support organization
- Improve 1st level support across all entities
- Serve as the single point of contact for European IT requests
- Handle and resolve workplace IT and telephony incidents
- Manage service requests for mobile devices and office equipment
- Escalate complex IT incidents and service requests
- Build and develop a customer-focused support team
- Design shift models aligned with business hours
- Define and monitor service KPIs and SLAs
- Report on service performance against global standards
- Improve IT service management processes and tools
- Maintain the CMDB and asset management systems
- Manage centralized IT asset procurement for Europe
- Oversee asset lifecycles, warranties, and spare parts
- Collaborate with global Team Leads to harmonize services
