- Relevant professional experience operating complex, heterogeneous server infrastructures and application servers based on Microsoft Windows Server
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft server technologies (Windows Server, Hyper‑V, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policies, File Services)
- Confidence in using Windows PowerShell for administration and automation
- Basic hands-on experience in operating hybrid infrastructures (on‑premises, multi-cloud, hybrid cloud) and services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) including integration
- Experience in working with and managing external service providers and partners
- Analytical, structured, and independent work style with overview in complex situations
- Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and high responsibility
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
