Aufgaben
- Maintain all IT services in the Viersen warehouse
- Provide remote support for Berlin and Poland facilities
- Manage incidents and requests via Atlassian ticketing
- Design and set up the local network infrastructure
- Maintain Unifi Network and Windows Print Servers
- Manage Azure and Microsoft RDP connections
- Support label and standard printer operations
- Administer Addigy MDM and Apple Business Manager
- Manage Google Workspace and Okta environments
- Track hardware using Snipe-IT asset management
- Oversee 1Password and macOS endpoint security
- Ensure system availability and network security
- Enforce compliance with internal IT policies
- Resolve operational malfunctions and monitor hosted systems
