- Experience in a similar IT support role
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems
- Good communication skills in English and German
- Proactive, service-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and learn about GxP
Aufgaben
- Handle support requests for hardware, software, and networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows, Office 365, printers, mobile devices, and business applications
- Escalate complex cases to other departments and update ITSM documentation
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including user account and device setup
- Support IT projects and ensure GxP compliance in regulated environments
