- Basic knowledge of Windows Server systems and understanding of Active Directory and Azure Cloud
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision
- Customer and solution-oriented, structured way of working
- Interest in new topics and willingness to learn
Aufgaben
- Support local IT issues at the Oberwihl location
- Ensure productivity in office and production areas
- Assist with on-site digitization via phone and remote access
- Collaborate in a global solution team as part of the Corporate Service Desk
- Develop expertise in global support for network, server, Microsoft 365, and access administration
- Manage incident reports and service requests, escalating as needed
- Support local networks and infrastructure components
- Document IT assets
- Install, maintain, and replace clients, printers, and computer peripherals
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams and countries using modern tools
