  • •Escalate complex issues to senior staff
  • •Deploy Microsoft 365 and Box collaboration tools
  • •Execute device patching and MFA setup
  • •Perform security access reviews
  • •Support cloud migration and system rollouts
  • •Deliver high-quality, cross-functional support experiences
