Anforderungen

  • •Apprenticeship, vocational training, IT degree, or comparable experience
  • •Ideally one year IT support experience
  • •Experience with Windows, macOS, and troubleshooting
  • •Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
  • •Familiarity with user and device lifecycle management
  • •Structured, reliable, service-oriented work and communication
  • •Teamwork skills, proactive mindset, and responsibility
  • •Fluent English and optional German skills
  • •Willingness to work full-time on-site

  • •Provide on-site and remote L1 IT support
  • •Handle escalations for selected L2 technical topics
  • •Resolve hardware, OS, and application issues
  • •Manage user access and account-related topics
  • •Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
  • •Support Intune, Windows, and macOS systems
  • •Manage user and device lifecycle processes
  • •Handle onboarding, offboarding, and account setup
  • •Provision and troubleshoot mobile devices
  • •Maintain IT inventory and asset documentation
  • •Support IT procurement and hardware replacements
  • •Collaborate on process improvements and standardization
  • •Escalate complex issues in a structured manner
