In this role, you will be at the forefront of IT support, ensuring smooth operations by configuring hardware, managing infrastructure, and addressing service requests. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve enhancing IT processes and developing a centralized authentication platform.

Anforderungen

• •Completed studies in computer science or training in IT
• •Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
• •High sense of responsibility with sensitive data
• •Strong service orientation and quality awareness
• •Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented work style
• •Fluency in English; German is an advantage
• •Experience with identity and access management solutions or endpoint management solutions

Aufgaben

• •Set up and configure laptops and printers
• •Maintain conference room equipment and other hardware
• •Administer local infrastructure on MacOS and Windows
• •Manage Cisco infrastructure, including access points and routers
• •Handle account management and access rights for Google Workspace and VPN
• •Develop and enhance IT infrastructure and processes
• •Implement IT infrastructure projects for company growth
• •Create a centralized identification and authentication platform
• •Address complex service requests for 1st and 2nd level support
• •Create technical documentation and reports
• •Select and manage hardware
