IT Support Analyst(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- Previous experience in same or similar role
- Good command of written and spoken English and German (C1 level)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with Service Management applications and remote support tools
- Good administration knowledge of Windows client systems
- Sound knowledge of Office 365 applications including Microsoft Teams
- Degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
Aufgaben
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users and their devices
- Travel occasionally to other European offices
- Log, track, and prioritize IT incidents in the IT service management system
- Classify incidents by type, severity, impact, and urgency
- Resolve incidents according to Service Level Agreements
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and detailed logs
- Log, track, and prioritize IT support requests
- Prioritize requests by type and urgency
- Resolve user requests according to established SLAs
- Escalate complex or unresolved requests to higher-level support teams
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and patches
- Handle basic hardware support activities
- Perform user onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Manage user access, including provisioning and de-provisioning accounts
- Work according to ITIL, ISMS, and ISO 27001 frameworks
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets
- Recommend hardware and software purchases to IT Management
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware components
- Support local and global IT projects and initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of common issues and solutions
- Conduct training sessions on IT best practices and tools
