- Experience with Office Buildouts
Aufgaben
- Provide help desk support to internal employees
- Manage account provisioning and deprovisioning
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain application stack and integrations
- Work with Jamf, Okta, Intune, Jira, and GitHub
- Contribute ideas for management and organization
- Perform basic troubleshooting
- Document and enrich knowledge base
- Support end users with clear documentation
- Enhance AI-driven help desk
- Set up and provision user hardware
- Support AV technology in meeting rooms
- Ensure seamless conferencing experience
- Lead AV setup for internal events
- Deliver technical support for presentations
- Use basic scripting skills
- Apply automation principles
