- Experience with job scheduling system (APX, UC4, Control-M, or TWS) desirable
- Participation in on-call assignments or regular night shift
- Good business and technical English skills
- Ideally German language skills
Aufgaben
- Implement new batch processes in SAP, VSE, Unix, Windows, and OS400
- Amend existing batch processes in SAP, VSE, Unix, Windows, and OS400
- Create and maintain scripts or JCL on specified platforms
- Document script and JCL creation and maintenance
- Process service requests, incidents, and other tickets
- Monitor job runs and report issues
- Clean up job aborts with business department, developers, and system engineers
- Participate in national and international IT projects
