As an IT-Security Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the security strategy, addressing operational issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, all while collaborating with various teams to protect the digital landscape.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in computer science, IT security, or comparable qualification
• •Several years of professional experience in IT and/or OT security
• •Hands-on mentality and ability to operate security tools independently
• •Experience in network security for office and production environments
• •Knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001, NIS2, KRITIS, IEC 62443
• •Analytical thinking and effective communication skills
• •Due care, confidentiality, and compliance with guidelines and laws
• •Fluency in written and spoken German and English

Aufgaben

• •Design and implement the IT and OT security strategy
• •Address operational security issues, including log analysis and incident response
• •Manage vulnerability assessments and coordinate penetration tests
• •Establish and maintain a comprehensive security architecture for IT and OT
• •Implement and support security tools like SIEM, EDR, and firewalls
• •Conduct audits in line with ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and KRITIS requirements
• •Perform risk analyses and develop protective measures against cyber threats
• •Collaborate with IT, OT, production, and external service providers
• •Advise management on risks, compliance, and security investments
