- Studies in business administration, informatics, or comparable field
- Experience in process management, digital transformation, or application implementation

- Process mining tools, ideally Celonis
- Process modeling standards (BPMN, APQC)
- Business analysis and continuous improvement
- Experience in regulated environments (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) advantageous
- SAP functional understanding with module exposure (Finance, Procurement, Order-to-Cash)
- Interest in new topics and innovative technologies
- Analytical and structured working style
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage expectations and conflicting views
- Very good written and spoken English skills
Aufgaben
- Leverage process mining tools to generate data-driven insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytical views
- Write and adapt queries to extract and analyze process data
- Analyze and evaluate end-to-end business processes
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Design and model optimized target processes using BPMN
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the implementation of optimization measures
- Translate business requirements into analytical and technical solutions
- Develop and maintain scalable data models
- Develop and maintain process mining setups
- Monitor and maintain data pipelines and jobs within Celonis
- Analyze errors in data pipelines
- Troubleshoot data pipeline issues
- Implement corrective actions for data pipelines
- Ensure data quality
- Ensure system stability
- Ensure reliable availability of process data
- Ensure reliable availability of dashboards
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders
- Validate findings with stakeholders
- Co-create solutions with stakeholders
- Present insights to different audiences
- Present recommendations to different audiences
- Present results to different audiences
- Act as a bridge between business and IT technical teams
