- Support planning and execution of IT security awareness and training campaigns
- Investigate and document security threats like phishing attempts, policy violations, or access issues
- Collect, organize, and maintain evidence for security incidents, training completion, governance controls, and audit requirements
- Track and report on training progress, incident trends, open governance actions, and recurring operational IT topics
- Support compliance-related activities, audits, and risk assessments under supervision
- Assist with general IT support tasks, including handling tickets and helping employees with access, tools, and basic troubleshooting
- Support office IT operations in Frankfurt, including onboarding/offboarding support, device preparation, and maintaining IT asset documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth resolution of IT issues and follow-ups when escalations are needed
