- Further develop, maintain, and monitor an IT governance framework
- Ensure traceable conformity with legal and regulatory requirements

- Advise on IT operating models and decision rights
- Develop and operate the internal IT control system
- Coordinate IT risk, compliance, and control activities
- Drive audit readiness by managing findings and remediation
- Support operational implementation of IT governance through guidance
- Establish and maintain quality and process management principles for IT governance
- Collaborate with IT departments and stakeholders to balance compliance and efficiency
