Aufgaben
- Ensure stable, high-performance operation of enterprise storage and backup
- Plan and execute maintenance, firmware updates, and patches
- Analyze and resolve complex malfunctions in 1st and 2nd level support
- Coordinate with manufacturers and external support teams for escalations
- Develop and optimize operational processes in incident, change, and problem management
- Use tools like BMC Remedy, Jira, and Confluence for process management
- Create and maintain Ansible playbooks for automation and standardization
- Collaborate with IT, architecture, and specialist departments
- Implement technical requirements and participate in lifecycle management
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operating manuals, and SOPs
- Participate in on-call duty and work shifts as needed
