In this role, you will play a crucial part in IT infrastructure by managing the Configuration Management Database. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve designing frameworks, improving processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure transparency and data quality across the network.

Anforderungen

• •Very good ITIL knowledge
• •Experience in managing ServiceNow CMDB and IT-Operation Management (ITOM) structures
• •Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, Software, Hardware, and Cloud
• •Relevant IT apprenticeship with several years of experience in IT Service Management
• •Ability to understand and analyze complex issues
• •Responsibility, carefulness, structured and independent work
• •Strong communication and assertiveness with teamwork skills
• •Fluency in written and spoken German and English

Aufgaben

• •Own and maintain the IT Configuration Item inventory and CMDB
• •Develop a Configuration Item framework and identify CIs to manage
• •Design and build the CMDB considering the full life cycle of configuration items
• •Act as an architect for ServiceNow CMDB structures and data flows
• •Improve Configuration Management processes and provide governance to stakeholders
• •Empower stakeholders to make informed decisions and manage risks
• •Cooperate with internal and external IT service providers for transparency
• •Engage with stakeholders to ensure data quality and functionality
• •Oversee the design, coding, and testing of reporting capabilities
